The point you become hoggish, and hope to get "lucky", is the day you squander all of your cash. Seems a little weird, but it appears to be genuine. It seems the only time I ever win cash is when I don’t care about squandering it. I decided to go to the the casino last evening with 20 dollars. I couldn’t care less about blowing it, who cares about 20 dollars? So guess what happened? I left with one hundred and twenty dollars profit in just a few hours!

Another occassion I headed to the casino with my friend Mike. I took with me $100 that I could not bear to squander. I got hoggish, I got terrified, and I ended up wagering too much and squandered it in 32 mins! The lesson is don’t ever wager more than you can manage to lose. If you don’t worry about squandering, you have a lot more opportunity of winning big!

How else can you build up your chances of succeeding at Roulette other than making a budget? Never bet on single numbers! Yes, they come up occasionally, but they do not come up often enough to guarantee a constant profit. Just wager on 1:1 bets for example black, red, odd, even, 1-18, and 19-36, and 2:1 bets like first 12, second dozen, 3rd dozen, etc Wager on odds that pay pretty high.

With the basic facts covered, how else might we further increase our chances of winning at Roulette? By turning probability into our ally, as opposed to our mortal enemy. "You can’t be a winner at Roulette", my buddy Chris would say to me. "It’s absolutely arbitrary because any number might come up". Sure, my friend Jeff does have a point, although at the same time, he is overlooking a critical aspect of the picture. I absolutely agree, black or red could be landed on 30 times in a row, but how frequently does that happen?
