The point you become hoggish, and pray to get "lucky", is the day you lose all of your money. Seems a little strange, but it seems to be real. It seems the only time I ever come away with cash is when I don’t panic about blowing it. I headed to the the casino the other evening with $20. I couldn’t care any less about squandering it, who cares about twenty dollars? So guess what happened? I ended up leaving with $120 in profit in two hours!
Another occassion I headed to the casino with my friend Matt. I went in with 100 dollars that I could not afford to squander. I got hoggish, I got terrified, and I ended up wagering too much and squandered it in 32 minutes! The lesson my friends is do not bet anymore than you are able to squander. If you do not worry about losing, you have a greater chance of succeeding big!
What other ways can you build up your chances of succeeding at Roulette besides setting a budget? Never wager on single numbers! Yes, they hit every once in a while, but they don’t come up enough to ensure a steady profit. Only bet on even wagers e.g. black, red, odd, even, 1-18, and 19-36, and 2:1 wagers like 1st 12, 2nd dozen, 3rd dozen, etc Wager on odds that pay out pretty high.
With the basics covered, how else might we additionally increase our chances of succeeding at Roulette? By turning probability into our ally, instead of our opposition. "You can not win at Roulette", my friend Chris would say to me. "It’s completely arbitrary due to the fact that any number can come up". Absolutely, my friend Steve does have a point, although at the same time, he is missing a crucial part of the picture. I absolutely agree, black or red might come up 30 times in a row, but how frequently does that happen?
