The point you become gluttonous, and pray to get "lucky", is the day you give away all of your money. Sounds a little strange, but it seems to be factual. It seems the only time I ever win cash is when I do not care about losing it. I headed to the the casino the other night with twenty dollarsin my pocket. I couldn’t care any less about blowing it, I mean, what is twenty dollars? So guess what happened? I ended up leaving with $120 in profit in just 1 hour!

A different occassion I was at the casino with my friend Ben. I went in with $100 that I could not bear to squander. I got gluttonous, I got scared, and I ended up betting too much and squandered it in thirty minutes! The lesson is do not bet anymore than you are able to squander. If you do not care about squandering, you have a greater chance of profiting big!

What other ways can you increase your chances of succeeding at Roulette other than creating a budget? Never bet on individual numbers! Yes, they hit occasionally, but they do not hit enough to guarantee a steady profit. Just bet on even bets e.g. black, red, odd, even, 1-18, and 19-36, and 2:1 wagers e.g. 1st 12, second 12, third 12, etc Wager on odds that pay fairly high.

With the basic rules reviewed, how else can we further boost our odds of winning at Roulette? By turning probability into our ally, as opposed to our mortal enemy. "You can’t win at Roulette", my friend Chris would say to me. "It is completely random due to the fact that any number could come up". Yes, my friend Bob does have a point, but at the same time, he is overlooking a significant aspect of the picture. I totally agree, black or red possibly could come up thirty times in a row, but how often does that happen?
